Korean car manufacturer KIA Lucky Motors has announced to start the booking for Kia Picanto in Pakistan. Kia Picanto is a 1000 CC, 5 doors hatchback with manual and automatic gears. Booking for KIA Picanto will commence from next week. An exact date for booking will be announced later next week.

Earlier in April 2019, KIA has displayed the 2nd generation KIA Picanto at the PAPS 2019. The displayed hatchback will be imported as a complete built Unit (CBU) for Pakistani Automotive market for now.

KIA Picanto has a Euro-6 Compliant 1.0 Litre, 1000CC engine displacement which produces a maximum output of 66 hp. It also features power windows, steering, airbags, and fog lamps. Expected car price is around Rs 1.8-Rs2.0 million.

Kia Picanto will be available for sale in four different colors i.e: Mercury Blue, Sparkling Silver, Milky Beige and Clear white. This will be available in two variants: Manual and automatic. Booking for the car will start from next week and delivery will commence after the second week of October 2019.

Kia came back to local Pakistani market in May, after a decade, by launching their vehicle Kia Grand Carnival in May 2019. Earlier Kia has displayed different models of their vehicles at PAPS auto show 2019.
